I am so glad you’re here! Sometimes life can present us with challenges that leave us feeling stuck and unsure where to begin, or how to move forward.

Taking the brave step to seek support and care for your mental health isn’t an easy task; however, it can be the start of a journey toward healing and growth. I am here to support you in that journey, and we will work together to identify your goals while drawing on your existing inner strengths.

I utilize a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, drawing on various modalities of therapy while tailoring my approach to meet your individual experiences and goals. I believe therapy is a collaborative process; you are the expert on your journey and my role is to walk alongside you and help facilitate the process of meeting your goals. I strive to provide a positive, authentic, non-judgmental, and safe therapeutic space for every client.  

Experience

I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers, and the Ontario Association of Social Workers. To date, I have completed a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Studies from Brock University (2016), and a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) from King’s University College at Western University (2019), and a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor (2023). I have 7 years of experience in the field of social services, specifically health care, mental health, child welfare, long-term care, grief and bereavement, and crisis support.
