Payment is due immediately following your appointment. We currently accept credit card and e-transfer (admin@greatlakeswellnessco.com). Please note: If payment remains outstanding, future appointments may be removed until the balance has been paid. Once payment is received, we'll be happy to get you booked back in.

Individual Counselling Rates
60 Minute: $170.00
75 Minute: $212.50
Neurofeedback Rates:
Initial Intake Appointment: $200.00
Follow-up Neurofeedback Appointment: $130.00
Receipts & Insurance
Payment is due at the end of each appointment. At this time, we do not offer direct billing. We accept credit card and e-transfer.
Once your payment has been processed, an electronic receipt will be emailed to you. If you have extended health benefits, you can submit your receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Our team includes both Registered Social Workers (RSWs) and Registered Psychotherapists (RPs). Coverage varies depending on your individual insurance plan, so we recommend checking with your benefits provider before your first appointment to confirm:
Whether your plan covers Registered Social Workers, Registered Psychotherapists, or both
Your available coverage amount
If your counselling services are not covered by insurance, sessions with a Registered Social Worker may be eligible as a medical expense for income tax purposes.
