More Than Just My Work: In my spare time, you can find me in the stable with my horse. Iβm an avid equestrian and have been around horses since I was 7. Itβs where I find my peace and joy. I also enjoy a good book and time with my family.
It can feel challenging to know where to begin. I am here to help guide you through the process so that youβre not in this alone. I focus on building a trusting relationship to foster a climate of support, hope, and growth.
I offer a client-centered approach that draws from various modalities of therapy and focuses on your needs, strengths, and goals. Letβs work together at your own pace with small sustainable goals that will help you to become the best version of yourself. Additionally, I offer βwalk and talkβ therapy to engage both the body, mind, and step away from a traditional office setting.
I am a Registered Social Worker with the College of Social Workers and a registered member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. I completed my undergraduate degrees in Sexuality Studies and Gender studies. I then went on to complete my Masterβs in Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University (2017). I have also volunteered for Sarnia-Lambton Victim Services.
