More Than Just My Work: Outside of my practice, I enjoy mindfulness, spending time in nature, and connecting with the people who matter most. I believe balance comes from appreciating the present moment and finding joy in everyday experiences.

I also value laughter, curiosity, and not taking life too seriously. Staying connected to a sense of wonder reminds me that growth, healing, and happiness can often be found in the simplest moments.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain.
— Vivian Greene

About Me: Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I believe everyone deserves a safe, compassionate space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported.

As a Registered Psychotherapist with a Masters of Mental Health degree and over 25 years of experience, I have had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life's challenges. My experience includes working in children's mental health, supporting Indigenous families, and helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, and major life transitions.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe each person brings unique strengths and resilience to the therapeutic process. Together, we can explore challenges, build practical coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I am committed to providing a welcoming and non-judgmental space where growth, healing, and hope can flourish.

My Why: Psychotherapy is more than a profession for me. It is a genuine passion shaped by both professional experience and my own personal journey. Having worked through anxiety and difficult life experiences myself, I have seen firsthand how healing can happen when we are met with compassion, understanding, and support.

These experiences strengthened my belief that healing is possible, even when life feels overwhelming. I feel privileged to walk alongside people during some of life's most vulnerable moments and to help them reconnect with their strengths, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and self-awareness.

My Hope: My hope is that every client feels understood, valued, and supported. Together, we can build insight, coping skills, and resilience while creating meaningful change that helps you thrive in your daily life.
