More Than Just My Work: If I am not in the office you can find me exploring the outdoors, attempting to help my cats cohabitate and spending time with my loved ones.

I enjoy gardening, learning about the art of energy work, and reading.

"Welcome! Iโ€™m so glad youโ€™re here. I offer a safe, supportive space where your healing is the priority. As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate lifeโ€™s challenges through a compassionate, person-centred approach. Whether youโ€™re carrying the weight of past experiences or seeking new ways to cope with anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm, I integrate evidence-based practices like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and somatic techniques to support healing on every levelโ€”mind, body, and spirit. Together, weโ€™ll work at your pace.

I believe that everyone needs someone to talk to at different points in their life, and my practice is built on the belief that you already have the strengths needed to create the changes you want. My role is to support your progress from a non-judgmental, empathic, and empowering place. I work with individuals aged 16 and up who live in Ontario.

I understand that weโ€™re both human and that life requires flexibility, especially in uncertain times. I offer appointments during the day and afternoons, both in person and through secure virtual platforms. If youโ€™re ready to begin your healing journey, I invite you to reach out and book an intake call to get started with me. Iโ€™m here to walk alongside you.
