More Than Just My Work: Outside of my work, I find joy in simple living and spending time on our little homestead with my family, cats, dog, chickens, and ducks. I love connecting back to traditions, like baking sourdough bread, and creating rituals that ground me in rhythm and balance.

A woman with glasses sitting on a green couch, smiling, appearing to color a detailed printed coloring sheet. She has long wavy blonde hair, wears a beige blazer over a white shirt, and has a ring and bracelet. In the background, a black floor lamp and a tall green plant are visible. On the small table in front of her, there are colored pencils, a pink dice-shaped object, a wooden cross, and a mug that reads 'Great Lakes'.
The self is the healer within. It knows exactly what each part needs and how to bring about healing and harmony.
— Richard Schwartz

With over 9 years of experience in the field, working as a Child and Youth Worker, I have had the privilege of walking alongside children, youth, families, Indigenous communities, and survivors of sexual violence on their healing journeys. My training and work have centered around creating safe, supportive spaces where individuals can reconnect with their authentic selves. I take a holistic approach to counseling, recognizing that healing involves mind, body, spirit, and connection.

In my practice, I weave together evidence-based modalities with a compassionate, relational approach. My intention is to hold space where clients can gently return to themselves, find balance, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

My hope for every client I work with is that they feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with themselves in a deeper way. I want them to leave sessions with a greater sense of balance, self-compassion, and hope for what is possible in their healing journey.

My Why: I was born and raised in this community, and from a young age I experienced my own overwhelming experiences. The meaningful relationships I formed with my own helpers were pivotal in showing me the power of connection and support. Over time, I felt called to become a helper myself. Bearing witness to the resilience and healing of others has been my greatest teacher this far, and it continues to fuel my passion for this work.
