More Than Just My Work: When I am not in the office you will most likely find me chasing the sunshine, listening to a podcast, or reading while cozied up with my fur babies.

Hi there! It’s a pleasure to e-meet you!

From a young age, I’ve felt a deep compassion for helping others, driven by a desire to alleviate suffering and ensure that no one has to face their challenges alone.

Before discovering neurofeedback...

I didn’t feel like my usual self. I was struggling with persistent anxiety and exhaustion, feeling low in both energy and mood. My mind was constantly racing, and I found myself overwhelmed and irritable, with bad days far outnumbering the good. Coping with everyday stress became more challenging, and it started to affect my physical well-being. In my search for alternative wellness tools, I discovered neurofeedback.

How neurofeedback transformed my life...

Neurofeedback has been a game-changer. I feel like myself again. Over time, I’ve become more calm and regulated, with less hypervigilance and irritability. My days have become more balanced, and the good days now far outweigh the bad. Neurofeedback has truly transformed my life, and I’m incredibly grateful to be able to pursue my passion as a Neurofeedback therapist. This safe, natural, medication-free intervention is something I feel passionate about sharing, so others can experience its profound benefits.

I am looking forward to working with you!
