More Than Just My Work: When I’m not in the office you will find me thrift shopping, drinking tea, or spending time with my family.

β€œCourage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says β€˜I’ll try again tomorrow.”
— Mary Anne Radmacher

Life can present us, our children, and our families with many challenges. Sometimes, the impact of these experiences can overwhelm our ability to cope, or we want to use them as an opportunity for personal growth and healing.

I believe therapy and counselling are one of the many tools we can use to address the impacts of life’s challenges. I utilize a playful, child-centered approach and draw on various therapeutic modalities to work together with you, your child, or your family.  I hope to provide a non-judgmental, safe environment for clients to explore their own stories and experiences while holding space for the thoughts and feelings that come from that exploration.

I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, having obtained a Master of Social Work degree. I have worked in the social service sector for the past 10 years, primarily with children, youth, and families facing grief and loss, and have extensive training in the areas of grief and bereavement. I am passionate about working with children and youth and supporting the adults in their lives who care for them.
