More Than Just My Work: I enjoy spending time outdoors in nature, as well as curling up on the couch with a book or watching a movie. You can always count on seeing me with an iced coffee in hand!

Shame dies when stories are shared in safe spaces.
— Ann Voskamp

Doing this work is a privilege for me because I've personally experienced the healing impact that therapy can have and I hope to help others experience the same.

There are many reasons why I am passionate about mental health, psychotherapy, and social justice and my hope is for clients to feel safe and understood. I approach therapy as my authentic self and with a genuine desire to hold space where individuals can explore their experiences and emotions. I hope our work together leads to feelings of self-empowerment and hope.

Education & Experience

I am a registered Social Worker with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor. I have over 5 years of experience providing community-based mental health support. Throughout my career, I’ve provided holistic and person-centered care to individuals experiencing biological, psychological, and/or social stressors. I have vast experience facilitating groups, and working in crisis management.
