Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.

Have you been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and anxious? Thinking you cannot carry on feeling this way? Do you feel at times embarrassed and ashamed, unable to talk to your friends and family because they do not understand you?

Anxiety, depression and grief can be all consuming. I am here to help you carry the weight of your experiences and work alongside you, while you discover new tools to allow you to have the life you want. You are not alone, you are not a burden, and you can grow through this. Finding yourself on this page is one of many steps that you’re taking to reclaim your life. That takes courage.

I believe that everyone needs someone to talk to at different points in their life and my practice is built on the belief that you already have the strengths needed to create the changes that you want. I go into our working relationship knowing and honoring that you are the expert of your life. My role is to support your progress from a non-judgement, empathic, and empowering place. I work with folx that are 16 + and live in Ontario.

I understand that we are both human and life requires us to be flexible. I offer sessions over the phone, in person or secure virtual platforms. You matter and I’m so looking forward to meeting you.
